GST Verification

We verify the company's GSTIN against the government GST portal. We check that the registration is active, the business name matches the application, and the filing history shows no lapses. Companies with cancelled or suspended GST are immediately rejected.

The company's PAN is verified against Income Tax records. We cross-reference the PAN with the GST number to confirm they belong to the same entity. Director/proprietor PAN is also verified to ensure no blacklisted individuals are involved.

IBA Certificate Audit

For companies offering household goods transport, we check for IBA (Indian Banks' Association) approval — the gold standard for movers with insurance partnerships. While IBA certification is not mandatory for all movers, its presence is a strong trust indicator and earns an additional badge.

Physical Office Visit

Our trained field verification executives physically visit the office address provided. They check that the office is real and operational (not a residential address or virtual office), photograph the premises, verify signboards and infrastructure, and meet a company representative in person.

Owner Background Check

We run background checks on the company's directors and proprietors. This includes checking for criminal records via a third-party background verification partner, past consumer forum complaints, and history of fraud cases. Any individual with a relevant criminal record causes the application to be rejected.

Before listing, we audit all existing Google, Justdial, and social media reviews for the company. Patterns of fake reviews (bulk 5-star ratings with no content, reviews posted within the same hour) are red flags. Companies with a history of review manipulation are rejected regardless of their documents.

Ongoing Performance Monitoring

What Gets You Rejected

We reject over 40% of all applications. These are the three most common reasons.

Fake or Inactive GST

Any company whose GST number is inactive, suspended, or does not match the application details is immediately rejected and blocked from reapplying for 12 months.

Pattern of Negative Reviews

Companies with recurring complaints about held-hostage goods, inflated bills, or non-delivery of items are rejected even if their documents are valid. Customer safety comes first.

No Physical Office

If our field executive cannot find a real, operational office at the stated address — or finds a residential flat or virtual office — the application is rejected and flagged in our fraud database.

GST Registered

A separate GST badge highlights companies that have been GST-registered for more than 3 years with a clean, uninterrupted filing history — indicating a stable, established business.

IBA Approved

The IBA badge is reserved for companies with valid IBA (Indian Banks' Association) approval. These movers carry comprehensive goods-in-transit insurance — the highest standard of consumer protection in the industry.
