Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between FTL and part load?

FTL (Full Truck Load) books an entire truck for your goods alone — direct and faster. Part load shares a truck with other consignments and is cheaper for smaller loads. Choose FTL when you can fill a truck or need a direct, sealed, time-bound move.

What truck sizes can I book?

From a Tata Ace / mini tempo (~750 kg) and pickups, through 14, 17, 19 and 20 ft trucks, up to 32 ft SXL/MXL and trailers for the heaviest loads. The right size depends on your weight and volume.

How is FTL priced?

Usually on a per-kilometre basis by truck type, plus any tolls and specific handling. Our estimates give a per-km range per vehicle; your final quote reflects the exact route and load.

Is loading, unloading and toll included?

It varies by transporter — confirm in writing whether labour for loading/unloading and tolls are included or billed separately, so the quote is like-for-like.

Do I get live tracking and GST invoice?

Yes. FTL bookings get a GST tax invoice, e-way-bill support, and live GPS tracking from pickup to delivery through the B2B dashboard.

Is a return-load discount possible?

Often, yes. If a transporter has a vehicle returning empty on your route, you may get a lower rate. Flexible timing improves your chances of a return-load price.
