Senior Full Stack Developer
EngineeringBuild and scale India's most trusted moving directory. You'll work on our Next.js frontend, Node.js APIs, and PostgreSQL data layer. Key projects include real-time quote matching, our VerifyTech monitoring system, and our mobile-first redesign. We're looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in React/Next.js and Node.js who's comfortable owning features end-to-end.
SEO & Content Manager
MarketingOwn our entire content and SEO strategy. We rank on the first page for 500+ keywords but there are 10,000 more to conquer. You'll create city-specific landing pages, write in-depth moving guides in Hindi and English, build backlinks, and work with our tech team on technical SEO. Experience with Next.js-based content systems and local SEO for Indian markets is a big plus.
City Expansion Manager
OperationsLead our expansion into new Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. You'll recruit local verification executives, onboard moving companies, run ground-level verification drives, and build relationships with local business associations. This role involves 30–40% travel across North India. Ideal for someone who's worked in logistics, field sales, or franchise operations with knowledge of Hindi-speaking markets.
Customer Success Executive
SupportBe the voice of PackersBazaar.in for customers navigating their shifting journey. Handle WhatsApp and email support, mediate disputes between customers and movers, and collect feedback to improve our platform. You'll also review and respond to escalations that our AI handles first pass. Bilingual (Hindi + English) is mandatory. Prior experience in customer support for a marketplace or logistics company preferred.
Business Development Manager
SalesDrive revenue growth by converting verified moving companies to our premium listing plans. You'll manage the full sales cycle — inbound leads from the listing application form, outbound calls to shortlisted companies, and upselling existing members. We're looking for someone with B2B SaaS or directory sales experience, a hunter mindset, and the ability to explain complex pricing clearly in Hindi and English.
