By accessing or using PackersBazaar.in (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines or policies posted on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and PackersBazaar Digital Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Haryana, India.

By using our Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

PackersBazaar.in is an online directory and lead-generation platform that connects individuals and businesses ("Users") with packers and movers companies ("Movers") across India. Our core services include:

• A searchable directory of verified, GST-registered packers and movers. • A quote request system that allows Users to send their shifting requirements to multiple Movers simultaneously. • A review and rating system for Users to share their genuine experiences. • Informational content about moving processes, pricing, and best practices.

PackersBazaar.in is a facilitator and intermediary. We are not a moving company and do not directly provide packing, transportation, loading, unloading, storage, or any other physical relocation services. All moving services are provided independently by the Movers listed on our Platform.

We provide the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time with or without notice.

By using PackersBazaar.in, you agree to:

Provide Accurate Information: All information you submit — including your name, contact details, origin and destination cities, and moving requirements — must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Submitting false or misleading information is prohibited.

Use the Platform Lawfully: You agree to use PackersBazaar.in only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Platform in any way that violates applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, or any other central or state legislation.

Respect Other Users and Movers: You agree not to submit false, defamatory, or malicious reviews. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience with the Mover.

Not Misuse the Quote System: The quote request feature is intended for genuine relocation inquiries only. You must not submit bulk, duplicate, or test requests that waste the time of Movers.

Not Attempt Unauthorised Access: You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any database connected to it.

Protect Your Account Credentials: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

PackersBazaar.in makes reasonable efforts to verify the GST registration, business legitimacy, and basic credentials of Movers listed on our Platform. However, we do not guarantee, warrant, or vouch for the quality, safety, reliability, or legality of any Mover's services.

Verification on our Platform indicates that a Mover has passed our listing eligibility checks at the time of registration. It does not constitute an endorsement of their services or a guarantee of performance.

Users are strongly advised to: • Independently verify the credentials and reputation of any Mover before hiring them. • Obtain a written contract from the Mover before the move begins. • Clarify all pricing, terms, and conditions with the Mover directly. • Arrange appropriate transit insurance for valuable goods.

PackersBazaar.in is not a party to any agreement or transaction between a User and a Mover. Any disputes arising from a moving engagement must be resolved directly between the User and the Mover. We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, theft, or other issues arising from the services provided by any Mover.

All price estimates and package ranges displayed on PackersBazaar.in are indicative only. Actual quotes provided by Movers may vary based on:

• The exact volume and type of goods to be moved. • Distance between origin and destination. • Floor accessibility, elevator availability, and parking conditions. • Seasonal demand and booking timelines. • Special items requiring extra care (pianos, antiques, vehicles, etc.). • Additional services such as storage, packing materials, or insurance.

PackersBazaar.in does not fix, regulate, or guarantee any specific price for moving services. The final price is agreed solely between the User and the Mover.

Quote requests submitted through our Platform are not binding on either party. A legally binding agreement is formed only when a User and a Mover enter into a direct written contract.

PackersBazaar.in does not process payments for moving services. All financial transactions for packing and moving services occur directly between the User and the Mover.

PackersBazaar.in may charge Movers subscription fees, listing fees, or lead fees for accessing the Platform's services. These fees are governed by separate agreements with Movers and are not visible to Users.

If PackersBazaar.in introduces any paid services for Users in the future (such as premium listings, concierge services, or verified booking), such services will be clearly disclosed and subject to a separate fee schedule and refund policy.

Users are advised to be cautious of any Mover requesting full payment upfront. Industry practice typically involves a partial advance with the balance paid after the move is completed.

All content on PackersBazaar.in — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of PackersBazaar Digital Services Pvt. Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content on the Platform. • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform. • Use the Platform's content or data for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any content.

User-submitted content (such as reviews and ratings) remains the intellectual property of the User, but by submitting such content, you grant PackersBazaar.in a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content on the Platform and in our marketing materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PackersBazaar.in, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. • Any moving services provided by Movers listed on the Platform. • Loss, damage, delay, or theft of goods during a move. • Any inaccuracy in mover listings, pricing information, or reviews. • Unauthorised access to your personal data resulting from a security breach beyond our reasonable control. • Any transaction or dispute between a User and a Mover.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount (if any) paid by you to PackersBazaar.in in the six months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of PackersBazaar.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations for a period of 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a single arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement. The seat of arbitration shall be Gurugram, Haryana, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.

Consumer disputes may also be addressed under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, through the appropriate consumer forum.
